The PBIN strategic plan identified several focus area priorities for identifying biological information of the region for assisting and collaborating with researchers, educators, decision-makers, and the general public. These cross-cutting priorities are:
Rare, Threatened & Endangered Species- Hawaii is the "endangered species capital" of the United States. Learn about the rare plants and animals of the region, the habitats in which they live, and what is being done to protect them. (Under Development)
